Know who your organisation knows
Inhere reads the patterns in your team’s email and calendar (who meets whom, and how often) and shows you which relationships are strong, which are fading, and who can make the introduction you need.

Questions your CRM can’t answer
Who actually knows this client? Who can get us in the door? Which accounts are drifting? Here’s how Inhere answers each one.
Stop guessing which relationships are real
Ask three partners how well the firm knows an account and you’ll get three answers. Inhere scores each relationship on how often people actually talk, so you can settle it with data.
Scores come from email and calendar activity. Nobody has to enter anything.
Somebody here already knows them
More often than not, someone in your organisation already knows the person you’re about to cold-email. They just sit in another team or office. Inhere finds them and shows you the strongest route in.
Works across every team and office, not just the people you already work with.
Accounts go quiet long before they leave
Replies slow down, meetings thin out, and contact narrows to one or two people. You can see it months before a client says they’re leaving, but not in your CRM.
Inhere flags accounts that are going quiet while there’s still time to do something about it.
What’s in the product
A quick tour of the main screens. Everything here is built from email and calendar data, so there are no records to maintain.
See your whole organisation at a glance
People, companies, emails and meetings on one screen, with a sense of which way things are heading.
Ask Inhere directly, or from your own AI
Ask questions in plain English inside Inhere, or connect it to Claude, Copilot or ChatGPT.
Everyone your organisation knows
Search every contact. Each one has a score from 0 to 100 and a trend, so you can tell who’s warming up and who’s drifting.
Know the moment a relationship changes
New contacts, revived conversations and accounts that have gone quiet show up as they happen.
Walk into every account briefed
See who owns the relationship, who else is in touch, and a short company profile before you pick up the phone.
Your CRM stays current on its own
Optionally push scores, owners and trends into Salesforce or HubSpot, so records stay up to date without anyone typing.

Nobody has to change how they work
There’s no data entry and no new habit to form. Setup takes an admin a few minutes.
Connect Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace
An admin grants read-only access. Inhere can’t edit, delete or send anything.
Inhere builds the map
It works out who talks to whom, how often and how recently, and whether that’s going up or down. Nobody logs a call or updates a record.
Start asking questions
Use the app, ask the built-in assistant, or query it from Claude, Copilot or ChatGPT. If you use Salesforce or HubSpot, scores can sync across too.
Not just for sales
Sales teams use it most, but the same map is useful anywhere a decision depends on who you know.

How Inhere handles your email
Inhere needs to read communication patterns to work. It doesn’t need to show anyone what was said, and it doesn’t.
- Read only
- Inhere never edits, deletes or moves anything in your email or calendars.
- Nobody reads anyone’s email
- Emails are analysed for tone and topics to score each relationship. People can see who was in touch, when, and the subject line, but never the body of an email or its attachments, and the body isn’t kept.
- You set the rules
- Exclude domains and people, such as legal counsel or personal email addresses, and choose which mailboxes are included.
- Access you control
- Role-based access, single sign-on with Microsoft 365 or Google, multi-factor authentication, and an audit log of administrative changes. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest.
Your CRM is already out of date
People change jobs, titles and email addresses, and nobody updates the record. Inhere works from email and calendar activity instead, so it stays current without anyone maintaining it.
